A) To winterize your washer-dryer
With machine power OFF, pour ½
quart of RV-type antifreeze into
washer drum
Close door. Advance Program Dial
to a ‘Spin position
Press ON-OFF Button (IN). Wait 1-2
minutes
Press ON-OFF Button (OUT). Un-
plug washer-dryer from electrical
outlet (or disconnect power)
Turn water supply faucets OFF.
Disconnect inlet hoses from fau-
cets. Drain remaining water from
the hoses. FINISHED.
Optional RV Winterization - If currently
pumping antifreeze through a fresh water system
With machine power OFF, turn
WASH TEMP knob to HOT
Advance Program Dial to REGU-
LAR in Cotton Heavy Duty
Press ON-OFF button (IN). Let
machine fi ll until antifreeze is in
the drum
Advance Program Dial to ‘RESET.
Wait 5 seconds (Status/Door Lock
LED will blink)
Advance Program Dial to a ‘Spin
position. Let the antifreeze drain
from the drum
Advance Program Dial to ‘RESET.
Wait 5 seconds (Status/Door Lock
LED will blink)
Press the ON-OFF button (OUT)
Turn WASH TEMP knob to COLD
Repeat steps 2 through 7.
FINISHED.
B) To use again, fl ush water pipes, then
Reconnect water inlet hoses to
corresponding HOT/COLD faucets.
Turn faucets ON. NOTE: Check wa-
ter inlet hoses and pump periodi-
cally (see Users Guide).
Plug washer-dryer in to appropri-
ate electrical outlet (see Users
Guide) - or reconnect power
supply

To open the door during a WASH cycle
Advance Program Dial to ‘RESET’.
Wait 5 seconds.
Advance Program Dial to ‘Drain’ (8
oclock) and allow the machine to
drain completely.
Advance Program Dial to ‘RESET
(‘Status/Door Lock LED will blink
quickly to indicate that the cycle
has stopped, but the door is STILL
LOCKED)
When the Status/Door Lock LED
blinks SLOWLY (takes 1-2 minutes),
you can open the door
To open the door during a DRY cycle
Advance Program Dial to ‘RESET’
(The ‘Status/Door Lock’ LED will
blink FAST to indicate the cycle
has stopped.
Wait for the Status/Door Lock
LED to blink SLOWLY (takes 1-2
minutes). Open the door.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT
attempt to open the door
until the ‘Status/Door
Lock’ LED is blinking
SLOWLY!

With ON-OFF button in the OFF
(OUT) position, pour ½ TBSP.
of powder detergent (or liquid
equiv.) into the ‘Detergent com-
partment inside the Dispenser
Drawer (see Users Guide).
Advance Program Dial to an
EXPRESS position
Press ON-OFF button (IN). Allow
machine to run through complete
cycle to clean out any remaining
antifreeze. FINISHED.

Winterization (for RV or marine installs)
Opening the Door
No more messy lint fi lter cleanings! Lint
passes safely through a self-cleaning
pump and then out the drain or dryer
vent in your Splendide.
If small items (like keys or hair clips) acci-
dentally fall into the pump, theyre safely
witheld in a coin trap that you can easily
access (see Users Guide).
WD2000S, WD2100 Models: Occasion-
ally, go outside and check the dryer vent
for proper airfl ow. Assure that the vent
and ducting are lint-free.
